· The processing time following receipt depends of your order:
o Between 3 to 5 business days, for clothes.
o Between 5 to 14 business days, for artworks.We want to ensure better protection for these unique paintings, during delivery.
· Orders are sent from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
· Delivery time varies depending on the shipping address, usually deliveries are between 5-10 business days in Canada and USA. Delivery outside of Canada and the United States can take 12 to 30 business days. Delivery times are approximate and an increase in the delay may be caused by the carrier.

Deliveries and Returns
· Unique products, such as custom artwork, original artwork and custom clothing, are not exchangeable or refundable,
· The return of an order is at your expense and must be done within 7 days,
· It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal information and contact details are complete. It is possible to rectify an error by contacting us at the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org, within the 24 hours following your order.
· In the event a package is returned due to an error caused by yourself providing us wrong personal information and/or contact details, you will be responsible to pay the fees associated to the next delivery
· In the event of a return or exchange, once the product has been recovered, an inspection will be carried out to ensure that the product has remained intact. We do not accept damaged product unless the carrier is responsible for the damage.
· When you return a product that is not unique for a refund or exchange, we will process this transaction within 48 business hours after recovering the package. You will receive an email confirming the transaction.
· For international returns and exchanges, all transport and custom costs are your responsibility.
· Processing time may take 10 - 25 business days and depends on the production time of the products ordered.
